From the West Side of Portland:

Hwy 26 (Sunset Highway) eastbound
Follow signs to City Center
At Vista Ridge Tunnel, stay in center lane,
which becomes Market Street
Left on 12th, go 10 blocks
Right on Alder, go 9 blocks
Right on 3rd
Turn right into first driveway -- "Smart Park" ($1.25 per hour)
Postal Building is on the corner of 3rd & Washington

From I-84 driving Westbound:

Follow signs to City Center
Puts you onto Morrison Bridge
Becomes Washington on west side of river
Left on 3rd
Immediately move to right lane, go 1 block
Cross Alder
Turn right into first driveway -- "Smart Park" ($1.25 per hour)
Postal Building is on the corner of 3rd & Washington

From I-5 driving Southbound:

Take City Center exit (past Coliseum and I-84 exit)
Puts you onto Morrison Bridge
Becomes Washington on west side of river
Left on 3rd
Immediately move to right lane, go 1 block
Cross Alder
Turn right into first driveway -- "Smart Park" ($1.25 per hour)

From I-5 driving Northbound:

Follow signs to City Center/I-405
Take 4th Avenue exit
After crossing Market Street, go 10 blocks
Right on Alder
Right on 3rd
